W. Thomas Fountain was born in Easton, Maryland in 1939 and is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the University of Maryland Law School. Following college, he served on active duty as an officer in the United States Naval Reserve. He has practiced law in Easton since 1968. Tom acted as attorney to the Talbot County Board of Appeals for many years.
