Alexis "Lex" Kramer was born in 1962 in Easton, Maryland. He received his undergraduate degree from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland; his Masters from Georgetown University; and his law degree from the University of Maryland. Since graduating from Loyola College in 1985, Lex has served as both an active and reserve Officer in the U. S. Naval Service and in 2005 retired as a Commander. He is on the Board of Directors for the Critchlow Adkins Children's Centers and has served as the Treasurer for the Talbot County Bar Library since 2003.
