Jack represents the towns of Goldsboro, Greensboro, Marydel and Ridgely. He is a member of the Peer Review Committee of the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission.

Jack was born in 1944; graduated from Dickinson College in 1966; and from New York University School of Law in 1969.
